Open Forum at CIVICUS 2011 – highlights

This 10^th CIVICUS World Assembly was held from 10-12 September 2011 in Montreal, Canada.

At the World Assembly, Open Forum presented the Principles of Development Effectiveness to the civil society representatives from around the world calling on civil society colleagues to implement and advocate the Principles towards the 4^th High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness in Busan.
