The forum will involve a range of panels and workshops which will analyse the roles and responsibilities of different actors in conflict zones, and how to go about initiating and maintaining dialogue between civil-military staff.

NDRF will also be developing guiding principles for interaction in complex emergencies which will be further discussed and developed during the forum. There will be a great array of speakers from a range of different sectors and a list will be sent soon of the guest speakers.
