Date: Wednesday, 20th November. 9.30am to 12.30pm
Venue: TEAR Fund, 64C Stoddard Road, Mount Roskill, AUCKLAND
At the CID AGM early this month it was unanimously passed that -
“CID adopt the draft Code of Conduct recognising that over the coming year members will be consulted on the content of the code and, subject to changes that may be made, the Code of Conduct will be voted on for adoption in 2014 at the CID AGM.”
This workshop is aimed at CID member staff and Board members who missed the AGM and want to know more about how the Code looks presently. It will be open for discussion and feedback as well.
The Code is a document that is intended to increase accountability and transparency but it is also designed to give organisations opportunity to reflect on practice and review policy.
Copies of the draft Code and its implementation document were sent out to members before the AGM but they are also available on our website in the members’ section.
If you would like to attend the workshop please RSVP. Can you indicate if you would like any specific issues addressed in the workshop so we can tailor it to suit your needs.
