CID's Capacity Building role exists to help work with members to solve their particular issues by:

• Providing advice over the phone, email or with you and your staff/partners.
• "Sign-posting" to good websites and other resources.
• Developing useful linkages between organisations.
• Providing information and advice on CID training.
• Acting as an impartial third party to discuss issues, facilitate sessions or brainstorm new ideas.

Lee is based in Wellington but it is possible for him to meet with you personally, especially if you are in Auckland as Lee facilitates many of the Auckland training sessions.

Please note that Lee only works 4 days a week.
