"What should I do first?" - Initial steps to KOHA/HAF applicationThe process of application is strict. Make sure you understand the process before applying by downloading (and reading!) the appropriate Handbooks and Forms. If you are new to KOHA and HAF, follow these steps: - Contact Claire-Louise McCurdy, the KOHA-PICD Administrator (T: 04 496 9618)
- Decide if you are applying to KOHA or HAF
- Visit the NZAID website and download the appropriate Handbook/s as well as an Organisational Profile
- Read the Handbook! This is crucial!
- Fill in an Organisational Profile. If you wish, you can send a draft of your Organisational Profile to Lee Sentes. He will look over your form and make suggestions. Please note, Lee cannot write applications or reports on your behalf, and is not part of the funding decision-making process.
- Send your Organisational Profile to Claire-Louise McCurdy by the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
KOHA and HAF Handbooks, and FormsNZAID's website has the most up to date versions of the KOHA and HAF Handbooks, as well as all the necessary forms to apply for funds and report on projects. It is crucial that all NGOs who are applying to either KOHA or HAF download the latest versions of the Handbooks and Forms and use them during their application and reporting.
