Elise James

Elise James has over eleven years of international development experience, largely focused on the Pacific region. She has previously worked for some of the world’s (and NZ’s) largest and smallest NGOs, in both field and support office positions, in the areas of programme management, programme quality, and education (MEd) and safeguarding/protection technical advice. She is an experienced evaluator, conducting research and evaluations across Africa, Asia and the Pacific for both NGOs and managing contractors. Elise currently works as an independent consultant, with several ongoing assignments.
