CARE International in partnership with Live & Learn Fiji is looking for a highly motivated person from Fiji or the Pacific region to join our team in Suva. As the Gender and Resilience Advisor, you will be an expert on gender equality and have the right technical and people skills to be able to support our partners in their aspirations to deliver gender-transformative humanitarian and development programs. You will understand the disaster and climate change context facing the Pacific and be able to help partners understand the gender issues at play in times of crisis. You will have excellent communication and representation skills, as you will be representing CARE, with L&L Fiji, with national and regional stakeholders. You will have a strong commitment to building and maintaining exciting, productive and respectful partnerships with a diverse range of organisations. You will be a strong manager who is organised and self-driven.
