ParryField Lawyers, Steven Moe and Kris Morrison will answer all your COVID-19 legal questions, and help you make sense of what your rights and responsibilities are.

They will also host a live Q&A session during the webinar.
 
Topics could include - government subsidies; health & safety obligations and responsibilities working from home; reporting requirements, AGMs and Board meeting; Schedule 32; what you can and can’t do if you’re not an ‘essential service’ - and much more.
 
 
Steven Moe has worked all over the world and is a Partner at Parry Field Lawyers, with a particular focus on charities and not-for-profits as well as impact investing and companies. He is the author of “Social Enterprises in New Zealand: A Legal Handbook” and also does a weekly podcast called “Seeds” interviewing inspiring people from across the country. 

Kris Morrison is a Partner at Parry Field Lawyers, and acts for a number of not for profits, charities and social enterprises, assisting with a range of issues including property matters, commercial contract, drafting of constitutions, trust deeds and operational rules, incorporation, charitable registration and schedule 32 applications.
