Digital Marketing Specialist
We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Crafting and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance donation growth and engagement, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in SEO/SEM, ad serving tools, email marketing, social media, and digital analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics) is also required.
Reporting to the Head of Advocacy, Marketing and Education, this role will optimise Caritas’s digital channels to drive income and amplify advocacy efforts.
Impact (MERL) Lead
Play a key role in impactful international programme development and delivery to protect the dignity of marginalised people! Reporting to the Head of Programmes, the Impact Lead will provide advice, guidance, and support in Monitoring, Evaluating, Researching, and Learning (MERL) activities for a wide range of international development and humanitarian programmes across Aotearoa, Oceania, Asia, and other regions of the world.
The ideal applicant will hold a relevant post-graduate tertiary qualification in international development, statistics, MERL, or other related fields and have an international advisory background and strong MERL experience.
