In a time of shifting global priorities, tightening ODA budgets, and increasing complexity in the work we do, the strength of Aotearoa New Zealand's international development sector lies in our willingness to come together.
Being Stronger Together is more than a sentiment; it is a practical commitment to building trust across the sector, pooling our knowledge and resources, championing diverse voices, and finding new ways to do more with less without losing sight of the people at the heart of our mahi.
The CID Conference provides an opportunity to reflect on the significant work being undertaken across the sector and recognising the people, organisations, and programmes that deliver meaningful and lasting change for the communities they serve.
The two-day 2026 CID Conference invites delegates to look beyond individual organisations and to recognise that greater impact is achieved when we collaborate, share, and stand alongside one another. Join small NGOs and INGOs, MFAT and its partners, students and seasoned practitioners, in an opportunity to learn from one another and experts across the development sector.
