The Melisi community in Pentecost are demanding the Vanuatu government take action after living in the destruction from Cyclone Harold for 3 years.
Area administrator Jean Vianey Barang says barely any progress has been made in the rebuild, and there are houses still left without rooves and windows. Kava farmers are particularly vulnerable, with a lack of financial support from their government.
This comes as Vanuatu declares a state of emergency after 'Cyclone Judy' hits the nation.
