CIDx Keynote: Gender Frameworks with Gina Houng Lee

Posted on 17 March 2021

On March 17, Gina Houng Lee joined us to talk through the different gender frameworks available to support gender responsive programming in your work.

After facilitating last year's CID Workshops on Gender, Gina came back by popular demand, and provided an excellent overview of the most effective frameworks and approaches.

Gina is from Fiji, and is a feminist and gender advocate for women's human rights in the Pacific. She worked as a Gender Specialist at the 'Pacific Women Shaping Pacific Development Program', funded by DFAT, and has specialised in supporting Pacific women to participate fully in political, economic and social life.  She is currently on the board of Save the Children Fiji.

You can watch the video of the talk here, as well as accessing the PowerPoint and case study information.
